Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments, or full session fee will apply.

Before your appointment
We ask that you do not feed your dog for two hours before the swim and an hour afterwards.

Please try to ensure that your dog has been to the toilet before your appointment. A small exercise area is available outside for this.

Please bring your dogs' vaccination card to your first visit and remember to wear suitable clothing
as you may be splashed!
